secret to success

I was at Copy Paste Print Express @ 88 Chinatown Square yesterday to buy my friend a shirt for her birthday. It was
my 3rd time there and I saw the same faces of the workers and the same store, only that it has extended connecting
To the other unit beside it; and now it looks bigger. As I was waiting for my shirt, I saw how busy they all are,
with lots of people waiting and lots of orders to do. Yet I wonder how they manage to do it all in a day and not
even asking customers to be back the next day or so (except for bulk orders), like what other printing shops do.
Then the owner of the store (Bash) came with her girlfriend (Nicole) who is my classmate. There I saw how friendly
they all were, Bash kept on complimenting his Customers' shirts after giving it to them; a thing I seldom see and
hear from store owners. Then this little boy came with his mom and said he wants to have a shirt with a "DOTA"
(Online game) print on it; yet the boy did not have a ready design with him. And no matter how the store was so
busy that time, no matter how crowded the work area was, Bash still asked the kid to come inside the work area so
that they can find him a design that he wants. Very accommodating eh? I remember my second visit there, I was with my Hello Kitty design. Yet the photo i gave was little and would probably end up pixelated. So one of the workers
asked me if I can wait until tomorrow for the shirt so that he can find me photo with the right resolution..... Wow! and he really offered to do it himself. Every person in the shop was so friendly. And even though they did not
really have a system of working, everyone was just doing their own thing and helping out with the other, i really
wonder how they can manage to do things fast. I can say that this shop is really blessed. No wonder how he was able
to expand his shop not less than a year of operation. I think it is because of their friendly service that people
prefer to have their shirts made by Copy Paste and not by any other printing shops. I compliment Bash for
maintaining a friendly and accommodating store. I think that is the secret; The secret to his success. Because of
this realization, I now keep on thinking, "I wanna have my own business in the future as well... and I have to be
as friendly as them".
