for the past 24 hours, I went through the whole series of REPLY 1997 once again [I was skipping some "not so important parts"]...... well firstly because i have nothing to do in this small room I'm in right now, since I don't have internet access, not even cable TV; and because I just love the whole series that I want to watch it again..... and.... hmmmm well there's some other reasons[ I think]

so now watching it again gave me an clearer view and understanding about the whole series...... it's not that I did not understand it first.... but seeing it twice gave me time to really look at each detail, from the execution to the whole story telling itself...... since I think I'm not that bothered with the whole flashback thingie already, because I already watched it.....

few realizations came to mind.......

one of them is the story telling itself.... there were parts where i did not really expect to have meaning until I was able to watch it again..... example of which is this...

we can see in the frame that there are three people being shown that moment Shi Won was calling out to her husband.... well initially viewers did not know who her husband is.... and at this point of the story they're building up the whole Shi won-Jun Hee thing since it was still not revealed that Jun Hee likes Yoon Jae...... so the makers wants us to guess who among the three men is her husband...... yeah, they're so smart....

2) ...... this drama just showed me that seeing someone to be pretty is reason enough for you to like that person...... well, that did not occur to me before...... but this just told me that sometimes, love starts from seeing someone pretty in your eyes, to understanding his/her attitudes, accepting short comings and eventually being able to say "saranghanda"...... things like that...... [yeah..... neun paboya...]

3) ..... I really like how the story goes.... how they gave a huge meaning to first love and unrequited love... also the reflections inserted in the whole drama are really reflections that you can get life realizations upon.. and oh, the importance of family in our lives....... they make you say "aaaahhhh.... you're right"..... I know I mentioned this before.... but it's just now that I am able to say that the writer of this drama is just so smart.......

4) ......another thing is, they camera men are just not using a tripod...... >.<....... just realize the whole series is composed of shaky camera shots...... promise...... ahhahaha......

5) ......watching this the second time around makes me spazz for HOYA already...... like yeah.... now I'm inlove with the cute faces Infinite member HOYA...... awwwwwhhhhh..... =*>   new crush.....

6) .....and..... I realized this from the first time I watched it.. but it's just now that I mentioned... through this drama I learned and accepted the truth that when you really like someone, those moments of heart pounding [and things like that] are really happening.... I mean honestly... I am under the impression that those things are just for the movies and not in reality.... but now I accepted that fact that, it really happens in real life [weird? don't want to go deeper on this detail..].... so, moving on..... ahhahahah.

7) and yeah..... this part.......

..........    still makes me shout out really hard spazzing....... there’s just something in this scene that makes me go crazy..... maybe because Shi Won and Yoon Jae are reunited ones again after 6 years..... and in the span of that 6 years they still loved each other..... daebak...!

I'm so attached to this drama probably I see an angle of it in similarity with my life....... the whole friendship thing.... high school stuff.... and most of all.... the FAN GIRLing............ yes, I'm a proud fangirl after all.... and what happens here is so much what I am doing as a fan...... oh well..... ahahhaha

So…. Think that would be all folks….. Reply 1997 is not just some random dramas being produced…….. indeed………. I’m so into it right now… and I really can’t get over……. This will really go to my favorites list….. like yeah!.......

So… I watched the whole series twice already… think that would be enough for me….. hahahah….

Haven’t watched it yet????/ tsktsktsk….. WATCH IT NOW!!!
