so some of my friends lately are noticing how I lost weight for the past month.....
[yes for the past month I've been loosing and gaining weight drastically... I once lost about 3lb (from 120lbs-17lbs) in 2 weeks; then another pound the next week and then another in the next, which made me 11lbs before the holidays... but then, because of holidays, I gained 2lbs back.. nvm that.. ahhaha]
so how did I possibly come to this state?, again I just want to say, I'M NOT IN A WEIGHT LOSS DIET, (I still eat cakes, biscuits, cookies, shakes, milteas etc; I'm still the Pizza and Pasta monster I once were; I still can't stop myself from eating the special PUTO of April's mom and I don't care how much carbs there is in what I eat....... I'm eating everything I wanna eat with out restrictions)... it's just that, my appetite went away somewhere and i don't know where to catch it back..... [but then I hope it won't come back anymore.... LOL]
well except that I'm a "no-rice-girl" now... it's because of (1) I'm nearly in the line of having diabetes... (and by "nearly" I mean no exaggerations there).... (2) eating rice just gets you full easily, so thinking that my appetite just dropped, I can not anymore include something that can get me full easily to my meals.... and; (3) I just lost my appetite for rice.....
so there... I hope things got straighter now....again I'm not in a weight loss diet....the next time you see me in the cafeteria eating just a bowl of vegetables and a roll of shanghai, never think of me as losing weight.... it's just that, that's all my stomach can handle for a lunch.... LOL....
see that, that's my "I-don't -really-know-what" face... ahhahah [the random face]
on the side note: I'm on this "110lbs challenge" with Benjo, wherein I promised to be 110lbs after the month of January..... despite of this... I think I'll have no plans of restricting myself from food full of carbs.... I want to challenge this appetite of mine on how much more will I lose because of it's disappearance.... hahahah
